At Alora Bay, we want you to love every bag or purse you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the return process simple and clear.

When Can You Return an Item?

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Reasons for Returns and Return Costs

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how returns work in different situations:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost for you.
  • Change of Mind: If you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong one, you can still return it. However, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Return Your Order

  • Contact Us: Email support@alorabay.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Pack It Up: Repackage your item securely in its original packaging, including any tags, accessories, or manuals.
  • Ship It Back: You’ll receive return instructions by email. Then, drop off your package at your local carrier.

What Happens Next

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll carefully review it to make sure it meets our return requirements.
  • Refund: If everything is in order, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take up to 7 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Is there a Restocking Fee? No!

We do not charge a restocking fee. Restocking fees: $0.
